Alicia Gentili’s passion for tea runs vast and deep. Working in all aspects of the tea industry from field to cup for 15 years, she got her beginnings on an herbal tea farm in her home state while also tea packaging at an import, and hasn’t looked back since.

Throughout her career she has had the privilege of processing tea in eight countries, and participating in several intensive trips to origin including India, Sri Lanka, and attending a tea making course in China.

Alicia has her tea sommelier certificate from the UK Tea Academy and has started a tea processing consultancy business to help small growers improve the quality of their orthodox tea, as well as train in processing and equipment use.

She currently resides in the Northeast United States where she teaches tea workshops for education and wellbeing, and is getting her degree in Horticulture in hopes to better assist tea farmers.
