Esther-Hope is a UK based Coffee & Tea Trainer. Esther has been in the coffee/tea industry for over 14 years, with experience working as a barista, manager of cafes and bubble tea shops, a roaster, trainer as well as launching and running 2 successful businesses. She is an AST for the Specialty Coffee Association in Barista, Sensory and Roasting, a Licenced Arabica Q grader and now, a Authosired Tea Certifier for ESTA.

'What has kept me in the industry for 14 years has been the people behind the beverages that we love. My passion stems from ensuring the growers and producers of our tea and coffee are getting paid fairly and are able to adapt as climate change affects their livelihoods, through to ensuring baristas and hospitality staff are treated fairly and equipped to grow in their careers as well as do justice to the final cup of tea/coffee by making it with pride and excellence to serve to the customer.'
