In my company I have always seen it as my goal to involve customers, professionals, and tea lovers to the maximum about production process and origin of the tea I am providing by education, demonstration and information. In ESTA I find these exact same values. It unites people all over the world from the bush to the cup that strive to live and provide an honourable process of cultivating and selling tea.

I believe in Belgium and the Netherlands great efforts are being done as well through education and selling and consuming speciality tea. I believe by supporting ESTA we can unite and bring this even further.

Extending and professionalising education which is internationally standardized is one of the main pillars for doing this. This can only be done by sharing and promoting this vision to all potentially interested people.

By sharing experiences between members over BENELUX during network events I believe we can overcome the difficulties we might have experienced in trying.

Organizing competitions is another important tool to improve tea skills in our countries. I hope we can achieve these challenges with a strong team and all members and ambassadors and thus achieve ESTA’s and our personal mission and goals.
