Eduardo Molina Anfossi

Eduardo Molina Anfossi’s connection to tea reaches back to his childhood in Chile.

Fascinated by tea’s many facets and its ability to bring people together, he began to view it as a window through which he could explore the world. After attending sommelier school in his home country, he specialized in tea in Argentina, France, the US and Asia, where he was based in Taiwan for a year, before finally settling in his chosen home of Berlin. In his twenty years of experience, Eduardo has served as Head of Tea for leading international brands and has travelled to tea regions across five continents, where he studied the craftsmanship and culture surrounding tea and built lasting relationships with tea makers.

Driven by curiosity and a love for learning, Eduardo speaks six languages and is currently pursuing a degree in Asian Studies. He also recently finished a Certificate in Food & Sustainability at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability (EIIS).

In 2025, he finally decided to bring his own vision to life: Eduard/Teas is a contemporary tea label based in Berlin. With four curated collections a year, each focused on a single tea growing region, Eduard/ seeks to build a bridge between tea makers and tea drinkers. The product, its origin, and the people behind it take center stage. As the face of the brand, Eduardo acts as a storyteller and ambassador for tea culture. He frequently offers tastings and seminars during which he shares the knowledge and experiences that he owes to his lifelong passion for tea.
