Khaled Shbib founded BARADA Chocolate, a Phuket-based craft chocolate brand celebrated for its single-origin Thai cacao and innovative, sustainable practices. With 18 years of meticulous chocolate-making experience, he has perfected recipes that highlight the unique terroir of Thailand’s cacao while honoring traditional techniques.

A staunch advocate for ethical sourcing, Khaled works directly with small holder farmers in Thailand, ensuring fair wages, organic farming methods, and zero deforestation. His mission: "From bean to bar to brew, every step should respect farmers, nourish communities, and delight discerning palates."
