Lydia Gautier Teas & Herbals – Paris

"Tea is a terroir product : a subtle combination of the earth, the sky, women and men"

As an agronomist and botanical enthusiast, I have been promoting the work of tea and plant producers for more than 25 years. I also pass on this passion through books, consulting and training from producers to customers.

Today, I share my values of 100% naturalness, direct sourcing and gastronomy through my tea brand : Lydia Gautier - Thés & Tisanes d’Auteurs.
As a tea sommelier, I select exceptional raw materials and create blends of plants, without added flavourings. This, combined with my know-how, enhances the tasting experience. I also advise pure speciality teas, sourced by me with tea producers I know personally, located around the world.
