Hello, we are Yang and Chenlin, tea partners in crime for Cha Moods. We are the ambassador for authentic Chinese tea in Amsterdam. Why tea? When we traveled to China for holidays, we brought back suitcases full of quality teas and shared them with our friends here in Amsterdam, our second hometown. They came back asking for more. Since then, we started Cha Moods to celebrate our roots and bring people together.
We focus on Full leaf loose tea - a natural beauty cherishing the tea leaf itself. We select and pick the best tea by building good relationships with tea masters and farmers across most authentic tea areas in China. Now, we are ready to share their craftsmanship with the world.
The two Chinese characters in our brand name, 茶沐, they are pronounced much the same as “Cha Moods”. It means “tea showering”. It is a reflection of our philosophy. A good cup of tea showers you with the sensation of the taste, and it slows you down, inviting you to take a moment, and to enjoy life.
Cha Moods joined ESTA to allow us to network with other people and companies in the speciality tea community, and so far we have attended two events with ESTA so we are pleased with our progress.
