What is tea for me? It is a warm and magical feeling, harmony, redemption, joy, peace of mind, my time for meditation and introspection, friends, ancient wisdom, it is a ceremony of life.
I am originally from Argentina. I became the first Tea Sommelier in my county to deliver tea courses and workshops almost 10 years ago. Now, I am in Ireland doing the same thing. Making friends with each cup of tea I offer to my clients and teaching how to enjoy tea every day. My aim as the First Tea School in Ireland is to promote tea education through courses, tastings, and workshops with the highest educational and technical level.
Discovering tea through our senses is a remarkable and unforgettable experience. I love that moment when someone says, “I do not like tea” and after tasting a speciality tea or a bespoke blend, you can see the change of the expression in his/her face and the sound mmmm!!!!
To be part of the tea community in Europe has been a game-changer for my business, so many people willing to help you in every step of the way. Being a member of the European Speciality Tea Association has allowed me to learn from the top leaders of the industry, have access to information and research, and to meet with like-minded professionals.
