Klyment Matyunin
Klyment Matyunin of Oycha imports premium Chinese, Japanese, Indian teas and also Ukrainian farm herbs to Ukraine. The company opened 8 months ago. In peacetime, and worked with coffee houses, restaurants, and taught.
During wartime, we resumed work a month after the start of the war on February 24, 2022. We were in the capital, in Kyiv. The shock wave broke the glass in the tea storage warehouse and hit the storage boxes, slightly damaging the packaging. Thank God there was no heavy damage and no people were hurt.
Now, for safety, I have had to move to Western Ukraine to Lviv. Continue to send humanitarian aid to the victims and to the military front. Little by little we are returning to work, we have managed to bring some fresh Japanese tea across the Polish border. There are ongoing difficulties in air logistics due to the war. Little by little we are finding opportunities for export. We have sent tea to partners in Poland, Germany, Italy and Israel. We will be happy and grateful if our products in Europe are useful to someone.
