As a seasoned professional with diverse cross-disciplinary experience, I have embarked on a new path as a steward of a high-mountain tea garden in Alishan, Taiwan. To me, tea management is a lifelong journey of "Innovation and Heritage." My mission is to promote the "Geological Beauty of Taiwan," honoring the principle of "Nature-Nurtured Simplicity, Artistry Beyond Nature." I believe tea is more than a beverage; it is a Moodmate and a Lifemate that connects our souls back to the earth.
The Commitment: Learning through ESTA’s Rigorous Standards
Though a newcomer to tea garden management, I am committed to a path of "Diverse and Continuous Learning." I deeply resonate with ESTA’s values of Inclusivity, Sustainability, and Rigorous Standards. My goal is to align the unique geological terroir of Alishan with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and international speciality tea protocols. By embracing a "Go Nature" philosophy, I seek to explore how traditional craftsmanship can be preserved through modern, sustainable, and scientific frameworks.

I joined the ESTA family with sincerity and a thirst for knowledge, not for commercial competition, but for authentic exchange. I aspire to be a bridge - sharing the honest flavors of Taiwan’s mountains while learning from the global community to ensure that speciality tea remains a sustainable legacy for generations to come.
