Mackenzie takes pride in participating in the tea community. She provides tea businesses with a free consultation, offers pro bono expertise to tea farms and factories, and publishes free resources on her website (e.g., business plans, marketing plans). 

She's glad to be a European Specialty Tea Association member. Mackenzie joined the association because of its leading role in publishing content benefiting the tea industry.
